Building Up The Family

F.O.Y. (F= Family Relationship)
Our mission is three fold. We want to build the relationship between the teens and the family. The teen-parent relationship is so vital and most teens don't even realize it. Teens need their families to be a part of their lives.

F.O.Y. (O= Other Relationships)
We strive to teach our teens "Life is about others". Life is not about "me", rather, it's about "someone else". We as a youth group reach out to others to help and serve them.

F.O.Y. (Y= Your Relationship With God)
When we turn the focus to "self" we need to look at our personal relationship with God. Only God can change lives and families. When this relationship is strong all other relatioships grow stronger.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our youth ministry exist to...
Transform, Equip, and Impact.

First, we exist for lives to be transformed from the darkness of this world to the light of Christ.

Second, we exist to equip each student with the tools to live a life reflecting their choice to serve God.

And third, we exist to use those tools to impact other lives so that they too may begin the process.

These three things span a lifetime: not a single moment in the Christian life, but an ongoing process in which we live. Our goal is to teach these principles to the students, that they may reflect God's light in this world.
